Inhalt:

Im ersten Modul lernst du die Ursache für die häufigsten Krankheiten des Bewegungapparates und den meisten Trainingsproblemen erkennen zu können und zwar den Unterschied zwischen der korrekten und gesunden positiven Körperspannung und den fehlerhaften und krankmachenden Bewegungsstrategien. 

Nachdem wir uns im zweiten Modul den Bewegungsstrategien in der Biegung gewidmet haben, wirst du erkennen, welche Muskeln stabilisiert werden sollten und wo eine Mobilisierung von Nöten ist.
