As an Affiliate, you understand, acknowledge and fully agree to the following points:
Affiliate commission payments are 25%{percent} of the total sales made using your unique affiliate link and that the electronic fund's transfer fee will come out of your monthly payment when it is transferred.
You acknowledge the payments will come 60 days in arrears. You will not paid commissions on students to request a refund.
You acknowledge that if any of your sales request a refund within the refund policy period, you will not be paid a commission for that particular transaction as it will be deemed a `non-sale.
You acknowledge that you do not get free access to training or courses as an affiliate.
You agree that you will comply with all national and international spam laws and regulations; never add people to lists without their permission or directly message people privately without the express permission to do so.
You agree that you will act ethically and legally at all times when promoting Future.Solutions GmbH products; and that if you post in any groups or websites, you will read and follow the group/site rules before posting.
You understand that you are not a representative, employee, contractor, partner of any kind to Future.Solutions GmbH, but an independent affiliate promoter; and may not act or speak on behalf of Future.Solutions GmbH
You understand and agree that Future.Solutions GmbH has the full rights to suspend your affiliate Association at any time, without notice if we feel that any of these terms have been broken or for any reason, we decide. All commissions WILL be paid out in full by Future.Solutions GmbH in accordance with the above, when affiliate arrangements ceased.
