What's my background?
I'm a chef, nutrition scientist and certified beer sommelier. So I'm always in contact with great flavors, and they are really important in my daily life. I constantly read and try new flavors and its combinations.
Why did I create this course?
There are two reasons, why I've created the course. The first one is quiet egoistic. I love great beers and I want to have easy access to them. The more people demanding those great beers, the easier they are accessible. The second point is, that I love to share knowledge and I want to have it shared easily. So I've created my course to share my knowledge.
