Join my New Natural Breathing Course on 7th February!
Natural Breathing is a journey to discover yourself and to experience how beautifully our body self-organizes the breath for us. Allowing the breath to do itself needs observation of our breathing patterns first. Most people overdo breathing and interfere with Natural Breathing by stopping or straining the breath. We can learn to undo these patterns and find a new way to restore the action of the diaphragm and floating ribs. Finding your Natural Breathing will bring in the parasympathetic nervous system, which will help you coming to quiet. It also helps to rebalance our muscular system. Through Natural Breathing we can experience a responsive, integrated action of the muscles that build our center. When we find a dynamic modulation of muscular tone, breathing becomes part of our postural support. Finding your Natural Breathing is finding yourself!

  • The last intro class will be on Wednesday, 7th February, 5 PM CET
  • This course is for free. Donations are welcome.
  • The course consists of 5 sessions. The following dates will be 21st February, 20th March, 24th April, 22nd May
