This course is intended for those who want to keep improving their own training skills. Together with Bob Bailey, we have created tasks that promote the mechanical skills that are required for good training.

Training is a mechanical skill!

In 12 exercise we will work piece by piece on individual skills that form the basis for good training.

We are also looking for the trainers who are really ready to work on their mechanical skills. We will see if it is possible to reach a level of training that Bob's trainers had 70 years ago.

In a training diary it is possible to write down the daily results and document the own improvements. 
You will have this course for a minimum of 3 years and you are able to do it several times.
