This online course is perfect if you have finished your core rehab. It is pelvic floor friendly if you know the basics of pelvic floor and diastasis friendly exercise.
This is a 12 week program by Janey Sattenau.
You will have access to the videos for a minimum of 6 months.
You can do this class with no weights, with small weights or best would be a kettlebell (if you have never used one before you can start with 6 or 8 kg).

You don’t need any previous experience of kettlebells or flow, however you do need a certain level of fitness and be used to doing some form of exercise or movement.

- A warmup and cooldown to help ease you in and out of the workouts
- 25 short tutorials to learn each movement and modify them as needed
- 5 x 20 minute Bells and Flow workouts made up of fun and challenging sequences putting the moves together
- A bonus Final Flow workout which puts all 5 sequences together
