Die BASIC Version wurde für Musiker entwickelt, die eine preislich günstigere Alternative suchen und schnell zu einem guten Ergebnis kommen möchten. Wenn dir Kombinationen aus maximal 4 Instrumenten für Layer- oder Split-Sounds und einfache Effekteinstellungen für Reverb und Chorus genügen, dann ist die BASIC Version genau richtig. Alle Einstellungen und Bedienelemente sind sehr übersichtlich auf nur einer Bildschirmseite angeordnet. Instrumente lassen sich frei zuordnen, transponieren und auch auf einen bestimmten Spielbereich eingrenzen. Damit lassen sich beliebige Layer- oder Split-Sounds definieren und auch mehrere Drumkits parallel ansteuern.
Alles was du hierfür benötigst ist ein Midi-Interface, ein Windows Tablet oder PC, evtl. ein Midi-Keyboard und natürlich einen Expander.

The BASIC version was developed for musicians looking for a cheaper yet quick and effective alternative. If a maximum of four instruments for layer or split sounds is what you need, and simple settings for reverb and chorus will do, then the BASIC version is right for you. All settings and controls are organized clearly on a single screen. Instruments can be freely assigned, transposed and restricted to a single playing area and then used to define unlimited layer or split sounds as well as simultaneously control multiple drum kits.
All you need is a midi-interface, a Windows tablet or pc, an optional midi-keyboard, and, of course, an expander.
