How to Build a Depression With 3 Steps?
1. Hold on to the past
Punish yourself for your mistakes. Stay in bed and quarrel with yourself. Repeat over and over again the memory of:
• missed opportunities
• mistakes made
• wrong ways

2. Make many efforts to change the past:
Visualize all the situations from before and imagine how wonderful your life would have been if you had not made those mistakes. (Be sure to ignore that this is by no means certain).
Stay in bed, look up at the ceiling, and hope that the past will eventually change.

3. Condemn yourself for your powerlessness
They held on to the past and tried to correct old mistakes after the fact.
Of course, that didn't work.
But:

To complete the depression, you still have to punish yourself for your inability to change the past.
Even if these lines seem somewhat cynical at first glance: This is exactly how the build-up of depression works. What you have built up, you can also break down and then rebuild.
That is the good news.

In this self-help e-book, you will learn the three steps to reduce and neutralize depression
