Simply utilise Zotero in conjunction with this citation style and writing your book will be so much easier. This style works with many different softwares (see here for more information). The style is based on the guidelines from October 2013.

Why should you buy this style?

The CSL/Zotero team writes citation styles, for free, for journals and large publishing houses. Programming and making available so-called "house styles", however, is not possible due to the sheer amount of such styles. This is where I come in. I have written hundreds of styles and made them available to the scientific community. Styles like for the UWA nonetheless need a lot of hours to make and specialist knowledge.

Option 1: Double-click the style. If Zotero is installed it should automatically pick the style up and install it.
Option 2: In Zotero click on "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Cite" > "Styles". There click on the "+" and select the .csl file on your computer.
