Within the framework of quality assurance, therapeutic processes are always professionally supervised, coached and/or reflected and worked on in Balint groups.

Active Adventure and nature therapists are encouraged to regularly take part in professional reflection processes (supervisions) and to reflect on their adventure therapy work.

Aspiring Adventure and nature therapists can be coached in their professional orientation and qualifications, as well as supervised on their own initial therapeutic processes.

The ATI supervisors and coaches work together with their counterparts to create a demanding, reflective consultation process that takes up and addresses the context of Adventure therapy processes. Self-reflection and case discussions are part of the standard of therapeutic professionals.
