You will learn how to negotiate your remuneration successfully:
• Timing of the salary negotiation
• Important non-monetary contractual terms
• Possible components of a remuneration
• Candidate and company reactions during negotiation
• Example video for a negotiation process
• Alternatives if salary demands are not fulfilled

In this course we talk about the right approach to salary negotiation, including advice on common behavioural mistakes. We start by determining the right timing and the contractual terms on which the salary should be based. The remuneration components that could be paid in addition to the fixed salary are explained. Afterwards, we will go step-by-step through the negotiation process and you will get to know typical reactions of the recruiter. You will also get many ideas for alternatives that you can use to compensate a reduced salary offer.
